VIP Mascot Experience at BWFC V Luton Town on Saturday 2^nd May 2026

The VIP Mascot Experience includes:

·         4x tickets for the game (1 for the mascot and 3 for accompanying family/friends, with at least one adult)

·         Must wear full 25/26 Home Kit. This will not be provided.

·         A signed BWFC Football by members of the first team

·         Goodie Bag to take home

·         A feature in the matchday programme for the game attended

·         A stadium tour; including:

o    Meet & greet in the player's dressing room, with opportunity for signings

o    Meet the media team

o    Opportunities to see what goes into a BWFC match day behind the scenes

·         Get to walk out with player of their choice

·         Opportunity to have a kick about in front of the dug out while players are warming up before kick off

·         Photographs taken by the BWFC photographer pitch side with Lofty and other mascots (these photos can vary in quantity and quality based on the game and where the photographer may be needed and will be emailed out in due course after the fixture)

Please Note:

Mascot must be between the ages of 5 and 12 at the time of the chosen fixture.

One adult will be able to accompany our mascot for the duration of the experience. Siblings, friends or other family members are not able to join.

Season Ticket Holders will not be able to use their season ticket seats for the experience; this is due to safeguarding accountability.

100% of proceeds go to BWitC.

Should you win the auction, you will receive a confirmation email and have 5 days in which to complete your payment.  The auction item must be added to your basket and check out completed via the usual process.  Should you fail to complete payment within the 5 days the item will be offered to the next highest bidder providing any reserve price has been met.

Click and Collect orders are available for collection Monday to Saturday (9am-5.30pm) from the Club Shop at the Toughsheet Community Stadium. Orders are usually ready for collection after 24 hours but please wait for your confirmation email before visiting the store.

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us within 28 days of purchase in an unworn/unused condition for a full refund or exchange along with your proof of purchase.

We cannot accept personalised shirts for refund or exchange.  BWFC does not accept responsibility should a player leave the Club or change squad number. Personalised shirts may only be returned if deemed faulty by BWFC.
