How to Bid

·         Please log in to or register for a BWFC account. You will need to be logged in to bid for an item.

·         Once you have logged in, you can now bid. Enter your maximum bid on the product auction page. The auction system will automatically bid for you against other bidders in increments of £5 until you have reached your maximum bid amount. Please ensure you review your bid before confirming, as we are unable to amend your bid after it is submitted.

·         If the current maximum bid is at £15 and you bid £45, the system will place your bid at £20 until someone else places a higher bid and the system will continue to bid for you until it reaches your maximum bid.

·         If your bid is identical to another bid, the one placed first takes precedence.

·         If you win the auction, we will send you an email to confirm that you have won and how to pay for the item.

·        To pay for the item, please log in to the account used to place your bid and add the item to your basket, along with any other items you wish to purchase, and check out in the usual way.

·         Your order will then be dispatched or made available for collection from the Club Shop at the Toughsheet Community Stadium.

From the auction ending, you will have five days to complete your purchase of the item, if you do not complete your purchase within the five days, the item will then be offered to the next highest bidder.

Failure to complete payment may affect your ability to place bids on future auctions.

Once you have completed and paid for your item, it will be dispatched within our normal postage timeframes. Some auction items will be collection only from the Club Shop at the Toughsheet Community Stadium – this will be clearly stated in the item description if the item is required.
