1. You will need to be logged into your account to take part. You can sign in or register an account here.
2. Once logged in, you can now bid on auction items. Enter your maximum bid on the product listing page. The Auction system will automatically bid for you in set increments until your maximum bid is reached. The bid increments will vary depending on the listing. Higher value listings will usually be in bids of £5 increments. Please review your bid carefully before submitting. Mistakes may be voided upon request.
3. If you win the auction a confirmation email will be sent.
4. To pay for your item please log in to the account used to place your bids. You can then add the auction item you have won to your basket along with any other items you may wish to purchase from the store. Proceed to check out as usual.
5. You will have 5 days to make payment and complete your purchase. If payment has not been made after 5 days the item will be offered to the next highest bidder.
6. Your order will be dispatched or made available for collection from the Club Shop at the Toughsheet Community Stadium.
7. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on auction items. Auction items are excluded from any discount or promotion. Signed goods will be sent with a Certificate of Authenticity. Some auctions items are collection only from the Club Shop at the Toughsheet Community Stadium - these items will be clearly marked.
