1. What payment methods are available?
Buy online using Visa/Mastercard Debit and Credit Card, Amazon Pay, Paypal and Paypal Pay in 3.
2. What happens if I forget my login password?
If you forget your password please click on can't log in where you will be prompted for your e-mail address and a hint to remind you about your password will be sent.
3. How do I return unwanted items?
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us using the returns portion of the delivery note within 28 days of receipt in an unworn/unused condition for a full refund and exchange. We are unable to exchange or refund customised printed shirts or accept responsibility should a player leave the club or change squad number. Personalised shirts may only be returned if deemed faulty by BWFC.
Returns should be marked for attention of: Returns, Club Shop, Bolton Wanderers Football Club, Toughsheet Community Stadium, Burnden Way, Bolton, BL6 6JW.
We would advise that you send returns by special delivery, as Bolton Wanderers Football Club cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in the post. Postal charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods returned are faulty.
4. I have ordered a web-exclusive item and it has not arrived with the rest of my order?
Web-exclusive items are dispatched by Fourex within 7 working days. This will mean your order will arrive in separate packages and be dispatched at different times.
Please note web-exclusive items are not available for click-and-collect.
