1. What payment methods are available?
Buy online using Visa Delta, MasterCard, Solo, Switch, Visa, and Visa Electron. 

2. What are the delivery options available?
Orders are dispatched by three methods:

  

DHL Tracked delivery

Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery
International delivery  via Royal Mail

Please note for DHL Tracked delivery, areas such as Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands will incur an additional surcharge.

Next day UK guaranteed delivery is only available to orders placed before 3pm (excludes weekends and Bank Holidays).

3. What happens if I forget my login password?
If you forget your password please click on can't log in where you will be prompted for your e-mail address and a hint to remind you about your password will be sent.

4. How do I return unwanted items?
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us using the returns portion of the delivery note within 2 weeks of receipt in an unworn/unused condition for a full refund and exchange. We are unable to exchange or refund customised printed shirts or accept responsibility if a player leaves the club or changes his squad number. Personalised shirts may only be returned if faulty. Unsuitable sizes cannot be returned.

Returns should be marked for attention of: Returns, Club Shop, Bolton Wanderers Football Club, Toughsheet Community Stadium, Burnden Way, Bolton, BL6 6JW.


We would advise that you send returns by special delivery, as Bolton Wanderers Football Club cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in the post. Postal charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods returned are faulty. Postal charges for the return of exchanges are charged as shown under Question 2 above.

 5. I have ordered a web-exclusive item and it has not arrived with the rest of my order?

Please note if you have ordered any items from our web-exclusive collection they are dispatched by Fourex within 7 working days. This may mean your order will arrive in separate packages and be dispatched at different times.

Please note web-exclusive items are not available for click-and-collect. 

Please allow 28 days for delivery.
