Click and Collect orders are available for collection Monday to Saturday (9am-5.30pm) from the Club Shop at the Toughsheet Community Stadium. Orders are usually ready for collection after 24 hours but please wait for your confirmation email before visiting the store.

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us within 28 days of purchase in an unworn/unused condition for a full refund or exchange along with your proof of purchase.

We cannot accept personalised shirts for refund or exchange.  BWFC does not accept responsibility should a player leave the Club or change squad number. Personalised shirts may only be returned if deemed faulty by BWFC.
