Any player personalisation requests placed before the squad list is confirmed will be held until the club officially confirm squad numbers unless requested by email from the customer when the order is placed. Please email [email protected]

Shirts printed with player names or custom names/numbers cannot be refunded or exchanged.  Bolton Wanderers accept no responsibility should a player leave the club or change squad number or if the letters/numbers should change style or font.

Bolton Wanderers Football Club reserves the right to refuse a personalisation request that we deem to be offensive and/or promotes negative political or religious connotations.

Personalised shirts may only be returned if deemed faulty by Bolton Wanderers Football Club.
